Did you ever have a friend you thought you knew and then they do something that completely blows your mind and it’s like you never really knew who they were in the first place?
After we watched this video that’s totally how we felt about Dr. Dog.

The Cold War Kids were in the MTV offices last week to do an acoustic performance in honor of being named Discover & Download artists. After the performance and over some margartias, we got to talking with them about Dr. Dog. None of us were able to verbally pin down what makes this band so special, other than amazing musicianship, but every guy in a band we talk to seems to love them.
Take a gander at their video for “My Old Ways” and you can expect some more Dr. Dog later this week.
