Icky What?

If you’re any kind of dedicated music blog reader at all then you may have heard the White Stripes announced the name of their new album over on their website.

For reasons one can only imagine, it’s to be titled Icky Thump, which is a misspelling of some British slang that sounds fairly grandmotherly. Henceforth we will refer to them as the Whyte Strypes, for unrevealed intentionally misspelled reasons of our own.
